- Care – people follow you if they believe that you care about them and about the mission. Caring alone, however, is not enough; you have to make a difference and results matter.
- Empathise – think about how others feel around you and how you want them to feel – adjusting your leadership style can influence this!
- Be Resilient – find joy in the hard stuff. People will follow when they see their leader finding joy in the hardest things.
