Springboard Trust is excited to announce the appointment of Stan Whata, principal at Koru School, Mangere, Auckland, to our Board.
Stan’s principalship has seen him lead schools in Tokomaru Bay, Dargaville and Auckland spanning over 25 years. Each of these communities have their own special character which have shaped and modeled Stan’s leadership experience.
With countless achievements over the years across leadership, governance, cultural advisory, facilitation, mentoring and coaching roles, service to others and growing people are values that are an inherent part of Stan’s character and hard to miss! Stan has served as an executive member of several principal associations and is a current Board Member of both One Tree Hill College and Auckland Girls’ Grammar School.
