Springboard Trust’s 2021 Impact Report highlights the incredible progress that tumuaki and tūao alike have made through our programmes, and how that learning changes the lives of students in Aotearoa.
Despite ongoing disruption, pivots to online learning and an increasing number of responsibilities and stressors on the shoulders of principals, evaluation shows that Springboard Trust programmes continue to:
Improve tumuaki leadership capability
Increase engagement from key stakeholders (students, staff, boards, whānau and students)
Heighten collaborative practice and distributed leadership in schools
In addition to our core programmes, this Impact Report also includes analysis our brand-new pilots, the Balanced Scorecard for Schools Aotearoa (BSSA) and Strategic Leadership for Middle and Aspiring Leaders (SLMAL). We have in-depth analysis of impact for our tūao / volunteers, and the roadmap of initiatives that lie ahead so we can continue transforming schools together.
